Shipping & Returns
On in-stock and team store orders we ship via USPS Priority Mail. You will get a tracking number with your order. On a presale you will get a tracking number when it ships after production. Please pay attention to the estimated ship date of a presale. Bulk orders ship via Fedex Ground. Upgrades to express are available.
Online orders are shipped via USPS International. If you want shipped via UPS or Fedex international you will have to provide your own account number. Custom orders of 50 pieces or more may be shipped to Europe or Australia via DHL directly from our production facility.
On in-stock apparel we will gladly exchange for different sizes as long as you haven't ridden in your clothes. Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged. We do not stock different sizes in custom orders. Please contact us if you are unsure on size and you don't have a fit kit available. If you think that you may want to return a custom order before you have purchased it please do not order it.
