All pieces are custom-made, so we can’t accommodate exchanges or refunds. Please email with size questions. Tracking will be provided when the order ships from our HQ in Virginia to you. 

To ensure your order arrives before the event, please place your order by or before August 15th, 2025. 

Orders placed after August 15th will be made, but we cannot guarantee their delivery before the event.
